In their own words
Slow & inefficient workers, HORRIBLE customer service. They showed up 2 hours late with no communication that they would be late. Then it took them 6 hours to move us from a 2 bed apartment to our home 20 minutes away. We don’t have that much stuff - no appliances to move, standard number of boxes for a 2 bedroom apartment. They took so long we ended up telling them to put everything in the garage at the house so they could stop charging us by the hour.
We appreciate any and all feedback, as that makes us all better as individuals and in business. However, there are a few things to clarify within this situation. To begin, your husband booked this service through a third party.
I used Dillards for a residential move. Other moving companies I have used send out their trucks and their people. This company sent out guys with nothing identifying them as dillards employees and rental trucks. I was supposed to have 4 guys, but one showed an hour late. To their defense they credited me a half our. They started off strong, but as the day wore on they quit wrapping furniture and I feel became careless.

I must say, getting a container was not making me comfortable. Plus the unloading for 2 seniors was scary. Dillard's sent 2 gentlemen to my house twice. Once to unload a trailer and today to unload my container. The 2 gentlemen were professional, fast moving and very careful. If ever I need a mover for anything they will be on speed dial Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Gail and Mike Justynowicz.
The movers arrived on time and communicated the entire time with me during my move. I would highly recommend these movers to anyone looking to relocate. Thanks for awesome service!

It was 3:00 pm when I started calling the day after a holiday to find last minute labor to help my parents who were moving into the Charlotte area. Every single place was busy and booked and told me that I should have called earlier and planned better, but sometimes things happen and we were very last-minute this time. Luckily, just as Dillard's Moving & Transport writes, they really do care about their customers!

When moving to our new home we used Dillard's for the loading and unloading. There was a day or two between our move and they were willing to work with us making it very easy to get everything we needed accomplished. Kelly was wonderful to talk to and working, she provided every bit of information and answered questions before I could ask. The crew that did the move we just as great. They were great guys and very careful with everything!
