They literally showed up 5 1/2hrs late, tried to say I had bed bugs and didn't want to move the little bit that I had left to move, said I would receive a discount for being so late. He took $10 off and charged me for an entire hours worth of work that they didn't do. I asked for money back the next day because I was overcharged and moved 90% of it myself because of how late they showed up and was told no. I will continue to leave bad reviews for his dishonesty and poor customer service. I was beyond overcharged.
My husband and I had the worst experience with this moving team in Fayetteville, AR. We were moving out of state, but let them know our budget was $2500-$3000 to pay to move and they quoted us at $2300. We asked if they would be able to help me pack a few things in boxes and they said they could but it would be better if I just did it before they got there so they wouldn’t have to spend even more time helping pack up.
If there was an option for negative stars that’s what this company deserves. Hired to move a 350lb piano and damaged living room hardwood floors when they decided to just drag it across the floor. To make matters worse the owner will not only not pay for the damages but he lied numerous times about his insurance not covering the damages his company did to my floors. It cost me thousands to fix and he will not respond to any messages now. I would NOT recommend using them to move anything. Terrible
I was quoted $150 an hour with a max of 4 hours. There were 3 guys that showed up, they ran out of tape, we’re constantly on their phone and lots of chitchat between them and didn’t pack the truck as needed, we had to fit some stuff in our personal cars because the ran out of space. They ended up charging me $1000.00 because they took as long as possible. Their estimate was way off!. I will never ever use them again and do not recommend them at all. Save your money go with someone more professional.
Nice guys but terrible experience. Asked them to load and deliver stove, fridge, washer and dryer and load a pod with furniture. Quoted $250. Price went up to $400 because they misunderstood agreement. We had to reload pod and got twice as much furniture in it. Called owner and he said he’d get back to us. He never did.

They were awesome! VERY AFFORDABLE! Do not pay a million to use any one else because these guys are reasonable with their prices and work so hard! Also very well mannered and respectful! They get the job done so fast and are so accommodating with your schedule and anything you need them for!!! They even suggested us using their SUV to help if my car didn’t have enough room so that I didn’t have to pay extra for a truck from them which truly shows they’re here to serve you! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!!!!
I am very pleased with the service provided by this team. I will be hiring them again soon when I acquire my washer, dryer, and kitchen table. Everything was handled with care, and they assembled all items for us, alleviating the need for us to do the work. Thank you for your excellent service!
