The rating breakdown
Google shows 11 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 9 | 81.8% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 2 | 18.2% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Big shout out to Troy and his crew. Have used them a few times. No job too big or too small. Great team. I was so impressed with there personal touch and professionalism. The affordable price was nice too! I highly recommend them. Give Troy a call if you or anyone you know needs moving services.
Troy, the owner, and his crew are friendly, helpful, and courteous. Troy and his crew treat your property as if it were their own. The owner will meet you personally, asses your move, and provide an uncanny strategy, time frame, and cost; …
Troy had a great crew and they were all so polite. They made my move smooth and did just what he said he would do. This moving company worked together like family. Everything was put together in my new place and not a scratch anywhere:)
Troy and his team were fantastic!! They bailed me out of a difficult situation and were very professional!
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
