Absolutely terrible and misleading to make the sale. I was not told about additional monthly fees until after he charged my card. He was very adamant and aggressive about getting my payment and then after processing told me that I would be paying an additional $12 per month even though I clarified the total before confirming everything. Not to mention the fact that now I have to wait until someone is able to cancel my reservation but they didn’t have to wait for my payment. I knew it felt sketchy.
Locked out of my unit, I set up auto pay, they failed to take the money out on the due date. I did not get a call or an email on this, I’m trying to leave at 3 am to go on my 15 hour drive, and I am locked out of my unit because of incompetence. So now I have to wait until they open. My account has way more than enough money, and the card I used I use daily. This is absolutely inconvenient. And i should be compensated for this.
Life storage seemed to be the perfect place for me to store my things. Ms. Yvonne is very sweet and full of personality. I thank you for that. I currently am trying to pay my bill, but since I am late paying, I feel like they aren't being …

Just moved out of my storage unit at The Storage Center and I told the manager, Melissa, that I would move right back in if I needed to do so because they have everything you could possibly need! I have used other storage units and have truly enjoyed working with the staff here. All levels of management communicate regularly with the tenants regarding changes or updates that you need to tend to and work with you to ensure that you can manage requests.
Extremely friendly and kind staff. It's a pleasure doing business with you! Thank you for all your help!
Melissa was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind when helping me select the best unit for my space needs, handicapped access, and climate control. She is such a caring and knowledgeable representative of your company. I look forward to paying my bills in person in a place where the staff makes me feel safe and welcomed.
