Really bad costumer service service. I don’t have any information what so ever about shipping a piano. I payed for delivering a baby grand piano from state to state and nobody told me that I have to pay an additional extra charges to get to my home. All they said was that they were going to send me the piano to my door. Nobody told me that the piano was going to a location and then to my home, of course they don’t tell you details. Then, I kept calling.

Terrible customer service. Shipped the piano from LA to TX and never left a name to the new piano company and never told us it was shipped and sitting there for a month. We had to call and track down our piano. And never apologized for anything

I have a music school in Uptown. We have purchased some of our grand pianos from Hall Piano, and I believe that they have given us a really good deal regarding the quality and price of the pianos. Over the years they went out of their way to accommodate repairs and maintenance, even free of charge at times although one of the pianos was out of warranty. We used Hall Piano’s moving services many times over the past 15 years. One of our pianos is a 9ft concert grand and we have multiple floors.

My 15yo Roland was damaged during my last move such that 3 keys no longer functioned. I was very upset so I was very lucky to have found the folks at Hall. I brought it by and they were Very knowledgeable and quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. Friendly, great customwr service.
