A great experience from start to finish! In spite of some glitches on the front and back end, they worked with me to make it right. Communication was professional thorough, as was the staff at the receiving/delivery endpoints. A cost-effective and 'tight' way to move across the country with little hassle!

Fast, courteous service. The Relocube arrived at least as fast as I could've driven it myself, maybe faster. Tracking worked perfectly and everyone I had contact with at the freight company was friendly and helpful.
Such an amazing company with friendly and helpful employees, it was the only real option when I was done researching! I saved a lot of money by going with U-Pack, their business model is absolute genius and the equivalent volume of space from a competitor (U-Haul, PODS, etc..) would've cost at the very least double and in most cases triple what U-Pack was charging. Do your research and find out if they're for you, as the only real downside is that they only do long distance transports.

Best moving experience I have had moving myself (I move a lot). The company was able to help me pretty last minute with a small window to pick up and drop off, and to top it off when plans had to change because of an accident the day of drop off they were patient and helpful. Everyone at customer service and both freight drivers were friendly and kind. They also hands down offered the best price. Can't beat this! Moving is stressful, but this experience took some of that stress away!
