I wish I had the opportunity to review the actual moving services of this company, but I never got that far. The lack of professionalism of this company is unbelievable. I've never been spoken to as a customer in the way I was by this company. Part of the process involved with setting up a move with them is to complete an assessment of what items will be included in the move. I received this initial email, completed the form, and submitted my response.
Hello Tony, wish we could've won your business.
I am appalled. Teare, the boss I assume, is unprofessional, wicked, impatient, and uses business practices that are unfit for a company handling large transactions. After completing an extensive checklist of everything that would be moved, we were quoted 4 hours. Not only was it a 12 hour move, but important information we shared with Teare was not passed along to the crew. What was originally a quote of $2300 ended up being nearly 5K.
Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we respect everyone’s right to their opinion, we feel it is important to provide additional context regarding this move. First, this was not a fixed-price move.
I was yelled at, humiliated and told to "Take it or Leave it", less than an hour before my scheduled time slot. The speaker did not understand my accent, which is understandable during a phone conversation. But, nobody has the right to yell at another person, this happened when I tried to call and confirm the time of arrival. The speaker kept on yelling and asking why I called him again and again. He did not receive my calls and the trailer was already about to reach due to which I had to call several times.
Good evening , we deeply apologize for any interaction with our business that was less than favorable. We understand the job was completed within time, and the men were really helpful, courteous, and on-time. No damage. Move was completed successfully.
Tried really hard to book this company for a moving job. First, I spoke to an answering service, who refused to take my email or the date that I needed to move, and said that someone would call me back. Received a call back from a Ronnie Barrett (presumably the owner?) who wanted to know if I still needed movers for the next day. No, I never needed movers for the next day, I needed movers for next month.
Dear Melissa, First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the experience you had while trying to schedule a move with us. It's clear that we fell short in providing the level of service you expected and deserved, and for that, I am truly sorry.
These folks were very rude. They didn’t like that I questioned them about not gunning the gas pedal as they tore up my road, and the owner went off. He went on and on for a good 20 minutes and then had the office assistant call to scold me some more. I hope I never have anyone talk to me that way again. They kept threatening me by saying that they would just leave and that no one else would help me.

My heart is broken. I have never been treated so horribly in my whole life. I am a loving person, and I pray that the anger these folks are carrying will be healed. Maybe the owner was right, and I should just be glad “none of my workers smacked you on the butt”, but I also do not want to be treated disrespectfully in any way! These people yelled at me, and criticized me and my property and belongings. Honestly, I need therapy after being verbally assaulted by these folks.

I requested a quote by calling the number listed on their website. Not even an hour later I got multiple phone calls from a man accusing me of calling them 12 different times leaving them 12 different messages and was told "do not use our services." I only called once to the number on their website. This is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend their services.

I used this company for a move to a place 1.5 hours away and it was mostly good but with one negative. The Good: -The booking process was great!!! Teare was very responsive with the emails and answered my many questions every time I had one. I also received text messaging before the move with updates. -The movers, Rondell (Jr.?) and Damien were VERY pleasant from the moment they arrived to load until they left at the unloading.
Lulu, we know moving can create nervousness for our clients. Honestly, when you called I wanted to ensure your safe with us. I wanted to make sure you was happy with us. We aim to please, and sometimes I can overdue trying to be perfect which makes some clients upset.
