Customer service if great, the automated stuff is not so great. Things seem tu get lost a lot. But, when you call in and talk to someone, they can usually resolve the problem. They have become more impossible to reach and understand over the phone. I've rented at this location for 10 years, although most of it was through another owner. Since previous owner sold to them, I have thought about moving to another location simply because of the customer service.
