Poor service, never see an alive service person here. Dirty. Unsafe. My unit was broke in May, and sent wrong code, so that my friend were unable to check for me. Have a pad lock locked and charge me for around forty bugs but never receive a key sent to local address. Missing six cases of staff only cover left there

My storage got broken in 2 months after I rent it. The gate was also broken (wide open, the gate blocker was teared down), which means anyone can get in without password. Meanwhile, my storage was added additional locks (there are two red locks on my door at that point, one cause it was broken in; my old lock was gone so they added a new one, the other is because my payment wasn't processed through cause their online system crashed).

I’ve had my unit broken into. The lock was cut. When speaking to other people about this place, they have had the same issue. I do believe that people in Terre Haute target this area. Response to RED DOT: I filed a claim over a week ago without resolve. Ive filed a police report. Thank you but I'm sure you can not do anything past that.

I have used this facility for nearly 2 years. My unit has always been secure. The staff have been wonderful to work with. Recently I got behind on my bill and they worked with me on making payments and it took a lot of stress off of me and I greatly appreciated it. Charlene Barnhart
