Management is impossible to reach. I rented a storage unit based on location and reviews. Apparently the unit had a leak as the mattress that was stored in the unit was soaking wet and covered in mold. I will not be renting here again!!

This place is a nightmare. It is filthy and infested with mice ruining everything you have in the unit urinating and pooping on everything! Then there are the roaches crawling all over the unit. I lost a lot after storing with lighthouse storage. I did report the issues with the rodents and bugs taking over the unit and all I get was “we are sorry to hear about your bad experience” and the best part is this reply to the email I sent!
This place is a joke. There add said 24 hours wen I rented a unit and went to take a load around 10 pm and the gates were locked and so we called and they said they closed gates at 8pm from 8 am. That's the only reason we went with them. …
Rikki- We apologize for your experience. As explained, we had to limit hours to best secure the facility before our expansion/updates took place.
My dad's unit was empty when he went to check on it. No one could give him any answers. So if you would like to see your stuff again, definitely go somewhere else!!!

Rosa was absolutely wonderful to work with. The only problem I have with your company is you have to have a car to get in and out out there,,,THATS NOT RIGHT OR FAIR TO PEOPLE THAT DONT HAVE ACCESS TO A CAR...I GOT STUCK ON THE LOT TODAY UNTIL SOMEONE PULLED UP,,THEN I WAS ABLE TO WALK OUT OF THE GATE. YOU NEED TO ADD A GATE DOOR FOR PEOPLE ON FOOT.

My 1st call it just rang, No answer. Less then 5 minutes I received a call from Light Hose, Emily Rosa. She was very polite and helpful. Less then 10 minutes on the phone I had a unit number and key pad number. I love the fact Light House takes pride in the appearance and reaches back out to a missed call
