The rating breakdown
Google shows 17 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 3 of those are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

⭐️ 1 Star — Completely Unprofessional and Disrespectful I recently moved to Albuquerque, NM and needed a reliable moving company. After searching around, I unfortunately came across Duke City. Based on the red flags I saw in some reviews, I should’ve trusted my gut — but I gave them a shot anyway. Big mistake. From the moment I spoke with the owner, I could tell something was off. He was rude, short-tempered, and completely unprofessional.
We have never moved a person named cupcake cupcake this another fake review !!! These types of reviews make them totally unreliable good luck with your fake reviews ….
+ Really nice guys and they got the job done - Quoted me $400-450 for a small (really small) move but charged me $1,100 - No itemized invoice to back up charges - Didn’t have the ability to take credit/debit card after advising they did - Stood me up initially (claimed it was a miscommunication) - Damaged a piece of furniture - One mover was arguably drunk/actively drinking
I not sure if this gentleman was drinking after reading his review, l advised Mr Mayo it was Easter Sunday and i wasn’t sure if the crew wanted to spend time with their family or help with the move.
Sent an email to Duke City Movers 6 days ago asking about moving a safe. Never got a response from this company. This tells me all I need to know and am looking elsewhere.
We apologize for not responding to your message, we possibly did not see or accidentally overlooked your message.. Pretty harsh review. Hope you got your safe moved.
