"Buyer beware!" Dunmar sent the A Team to pick us up, (really excellent) and the E Team to drop off our stuff (a horror story). They sent approx. a dozen guys some of whom seemed drunk or or smart phone deaf. After the truck missed the driveway opening wiping out a big branch over our driveway, they dropped a package or two from the top of their hand truck as they were loading it on the bed of the truck. The package was round after rolling on the driveway.

On April 15th and 16th, I did a thing with lots of help. A huge thank you to Jeff, Nick, James, Jonathan, and DeShawn, from Dunmar Moving Systems, an interstate agent for Allied Van Lines. Overall, everything went ok. . There were a few missed items left behind. They also did not come with the correct packaging for my items. Additionally , I am still waiting on the exact weight of the items moved. I am fairly certain I overpaid and should have used the exact weight option.

This company was moving items for my neighbor. They complete destroyed his fence entering his driver all while demolishing my mailbox. I just asked for my mailbox to be replaced and reimbursed. This happened last February. I haven’t heard anything since March 16th. I have called and sent follow up emails to a guy named Jeff Farleigh. He was taking care of the damage supposedly. He and the company have not. It is now end of May. This representative of the company is doing an extremely poor job.

I would give them a zero, not possible. I would not recommend any company or person using this service. Very poor customer service support and their drivers are very low character - from my experience with ONE of them and multiple interactions with dispatch! Follow up - we talked to the manager at this location who was rude. Talked over us, did not want to work with us for a solution. They don’t care. Find a solution with a different delivery company!
If you like being taken for a ride after you've paid your bill, then this is the company for you! My family and I were lied to on more than one occasion, and I have the emails to prove it. I'm sure the Better Business Bureau will need them …

Great team of people. All the way from the person who assessed everything (Mike Burkhardt), move coordinator (Jahlin Russell), customer service people, to the actual movers themselves (Marshall Wright). They were always available to answer any questions and moved me across states (16 hours) in the span of 4-5 days with no damages and constant updates and check-ins. I would highly recommend everyone involved!
Overall a great job. These guys knew their job and completed my move in really good time. The only negative was that the packer could have done a better job packing my books. A few of them had bent over covers and pages, since they weren't packed in tight enough to keep them from shifting around during the move. But, if I ever move again I would give them a call.
