If you value your possessions DO NOT let this company touch them. Still finding broken things which have reached the $1000 mark. Only one man actually knew how to pack anything. while the other 3 were very nice they did nothing but dump everything into boxes. They started with no equipment as the driver didn't show up until much later and he was not prepared with the right size boxes. No wardrobes so all our clothes were just dumped into packing boxes....suede, leather, good woolens, etc.
We are profoundly saddened and shocked to hear this. We will be reaching out to you today to rectify this situation.
I’ve waited several months and given Andy many opportunities to make things right but he has failed miserably. Jennifer is the ultimate professional but her husband does not follow through with the plan. The crew which consist of Andy and Gabe were never on time. Didn’t bring necessary supplies and took an extra day just to get us moved out and to storage. He refused to move us back which took away all of his liability for missing and broken items. Therefore the new company could not take liability either.
We chose to use East Alabama Movers and Logistics for our move. We have found many of our furnishings damaged, our china cabinet has a large hole in it, an expensive mattress had several torn places, dining room chairs with deep scratches, …

Andy & Ronald were outstanding. Called to have a commercial mixer(600lbs) uprighted and moving from a second floor kitchen to the 1st floor and outside to be placed on a pallet for shipping. Both guys were super professional and punctual. They came prepared with all the right equipment. Andy was awesome with communicating and getting everything lined up. Mixer was moved and the guys did a great job getting it prepared on the pallet for freight shipping.

It was a marathon, but great job by Andy and his crew. They were all attentive to our concerns for older pieces of furniture. Every piece of furniture was blanket wrapped, taped and saran wrapped. They go the extra mile to accommodate last minute changes/requests. Great value and great service. Highly Recommend!

Andy and his guys were phenomenal! We’ve used several moving companies in the past and we were absolutely blown away with this company. We’ve never seen guys work so hard, cohesively, and efficiently. They took such good care of our things and went above and beyond to make every aspect of this move as stress free for us as possible. They were professional, had great communication, and were very detail oriented. We will be moving again next year and there’s no other company we would call than these guys.
Words cannot express how happy we were with Andy and his team at East Alabama Moving & Logistics. From the beginning of our conversations, they took the time to understand our exact needs. Their pricing was fair and the level of care and respect of our circumstances and property was very much appreciated.
