Fraud. They sold me a broken piano. The piano is untunable. They refuse to refund my money nor haul this piece of garbage off. I requested a refund and they said if I hauled it back to them, they would give me half the money knowing it will cost me more money to haul it back. Then, they would sell it again to someone else and screw them too.
Eastern Shore Transfer doesn't sell pianos. You have the wrong company.
Happy with the moving crew! great guys and hard working. I told the company exactly what was going and gave them listings photos of my home. At the end of the move I payed an extra 800 dollars it left a bad taste. The head mover told me before they started the work that the office quoted wrong and would actually be a higher final amount after the move was done. Of course I was closing that day and was not able to schedule another mover.

Mr and Mrs Adams a free estimate was offered to you before you scheduled your job which you declined. We do charge for drive time which is standard practice. It is not a hidden fee it is just time spent on your job.

I hired Eastern Shore transfer for a Local move. Tyler, Richard and CJ showed up ON time, very professional and just seemed to enjoy their work! They were efficient and took excellent care of my home! They set up all beds, cleaned up and I can’t recommend this company enough. Definitely 12 out of 10! ☺️👏

As a local mortgage lender I often hear a lot of negative reviews of moving companies. This will be the 3rd time that EST has moved our family with one of those being my personal office. This move was our biggest move in items. They were very professional, on time and ask questions of specific items. I have several antiques that have been passed down several generations and they took well care of them. Owning several business there was no way our family could do this on our own.

Outstanding experience from estimate to packing and moving. Extremely courteous staff, and the moving team were cheerful, polite, and very hard working. They worked over 12 hours with only a break for lunch, and called in additional manpower as needed. A few days later I called EST to move a very heavy China cabinet I had purchased from a private party. What a great resource they are not just for full moves, but one off projects as well.
