They have a basic insurance policy. Get some secondary insurance for your content or you'll be very disappointed when they damage your stuff. Also didn't like the pressure he put on my to tip before the job was done and then being told not to disclose the tip amount with the employees. UPDATE: I wanted to disclose that he would only refund me 60 cents per pound on my 260 pound coffee table that cost over 1k. I told him I would rather have it fixed and got him 2 quotes like he asked me too.

In their own words
EC Movers did an amazing job with our move. They were on time, very respectful, and handled everything with care. The crew worked fast but safely, and nothing was damaged. Their professionalism and hard work really stood out. I would definitely use EC Movers again and recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy movers.
Needed someone to help move some appliances not a huge move. Most places over charge or say no outright. They said no problem , gave a fair price and were very efficient and diligent. I would recommend them.
