First initial contact was quick, to the point and exactly what I hoped for. However after we hung up, I did as I was requested and sent my personal information (email, locations of pick ups, ect) and didn’t hear back for about a day so. I sent another text, to request the confirmation they received the first msg and got a response that I’d receive an email with the details outlined for the next weekend move on the Tuesday before. Tuesday came and left with receiving nothing.
Movers were friendly and respectful, but were not as well prepared as needed. Better training is needed for moving in inclement weather. Also, the homeowner should be made aware of any unexpected occurrences during the move (Example: something spilled when it was moved). This allows the homeowner to deal with the situation right away and minimize potential damage. Ran into communication issues even though I provided all moving information well in advance.

Made all of the arrangements through U-Haul — very courteous and professional team! They had some amazing communication about a delay with picking up my storage bin specifically (wasn’t ready for pick up on U-Haul’s end). They were quick and efficient! Thank you both for your help today!

This was a true professional moving experience! My partner and I have both had recent shoulder injuries so were unable to move a closet organization system from our garage to an upstairs bedroom without help. This company was recommend by a work colleague and realtor who had used them and spoke highly of his experience. Super easy to organize with owner Eryam and they showed up the very next day.

5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Service. Me and my wife were so happy with all of the hard work and high attention to detail during the whole process. Everything was wrapped in blankets and they took the time to take things apart and put back together as if it was new. Great team they have. Shout out to Sal, Harlem, Joe and crew. They made our move so easy and they even brought in extra guys to unload our 40ft truck that was full to the max. After 2 stops they said let get it done. They made everything feel so stress free.
