Customer Beware ( This is in response to the companies reply...if your billing cycle is 28 days then May 6 to June 1 is 26 days when I left a message to pickup and your pickup was June 3 which is exactly 28 days. So then why was I charged an a additional day? So no the complaint was not resolved for me only for you.

I've rented a few containers, and they've always been and never had any issues. This time, their experience wasn't near how they were in the past. I rented a 40-foot container, and the day it was being dropped, I asked if he had any locks with it. They gave me 5 locks and billed me $55 each without even mentioning anything about charging for them I had an issue with the doors closing, I made a call, and they said they'll call me back and come out and fix it.
We appreciate your feedback and sincerely apologize that your recent experience did not meet your expectations. Transparency and customer satisfaction are very important to us, and we regret any miscommunication regarding the lock charges, container issue, and billing concerns.

Amazing! Most reasonably priced. Easy and quick communication made them a joy to deal with..and I wasn't easy (I had to change dates multiple times due to our scheduling), but Geraldine was patient and receptive.. I received my bin this morning.. and Jacob was fabulous! Placed it carefully and exactly how I requested, it smells and looks very clean and he showed me how to open and lock it..thanks portable storage!!♥️.. and I even received a gift 🎁 bag😊.. waiting for my hubby to come home to open it together

We rented storage unit (c can) and it was the most convenient way to move our garage contents to our new house. We then kept it for a few months till the new garage was built. The staff are extremely helpful and when we needed it moved to the new house from our sold home they came as soon as called. I called yesterday at 3 pm to let them know we no longer need the c can and it was ready to go. They came today at 10:30 am to pick it up.

Portable Storage took all the worry out of storing our household items for a renovation. Always friendly, on time and helpful. I had thought that I had not bolted one of the doors of our bin and Jake went to the trouble to take a pic and text it to me to show me that in fact all locks were tightly secured. A massive relief. The bin was clean and dry and all items were in perfect condition after dropping it back off to us thanks to the no tip way they load and off load.
