I highly recommend NOT to use this company as they drop the bin right in front of the loading Door which meant we could not use the loading doors and had to bring all items through front door. Call DOMINIC to tell him of the situation and he said he will move the bin and charge us another 90.00 dollars Then when they pick it up they will charge you another 90.00 again. They drop off in wrong areas just so they have to come back and move it again and charge more money.

My wife and I moved out of our 3 bedroom semi this weekend, where our next house is not ready for another 2+ weeks. We hired a moving company, and this storage pod seemed like the perfect solution for a short term solution for all of our belongings. Their website says a 3 bedroom house will fit no problem in a 10X20 pod and their customer service on the phone assured us that our 3 bedroom semi would fit without hassle. Needless to say, it did not fit.

The First 2 boxes that we got delivered were very clean and smelled good. However when it came to the 3 box it had a very bad musty smell to it. As we will be storing our stuff for up to a month we could not put our stuff in it. After being told to air it out for a few days the smell did not get much better and would not be able to put my stuff in it. I had asked them to please deliver a new box that was usable. They said the only way they would deliver a new box is if i agreed to pay another delivery charge.

STOP! and rethink your options...although the box itself was great and delivery plus drivers were also great . The company tends to over book or improperly book appointments for drop off/pick up of their storage units.. they were late both times on separate days and not by minutes we are talking hours! So if your looking to find tune logistics in whatever project you are attempting maybe go with a company that can keep proper timing. And show up when they say they will show up!

I decided to go with Guardian Storage instead and they were exceptional and caring. Wendy at Guardian Storage was polite and accommodating and I was grateful for that since I ended up renting way more space than first expected. The driver was so pleasant and the owner there is very professional. Unfortunately I didn't feel the same way when I initually contacted The Storage Box.

Hi Devin, I can see how frustrating this would be. The weight issue was unfortunate; maybe we should have discussed some of your heavy items you may have been trying to move and could have avoided this problem.
Very poor customer service, at the storage box, so I went to Guardian storage to see about change storage box companies. Because the storage box is horrible to deal with. Guardian was SO HELPFUL!!!!!!
Thank you for your feedback Scott. It's very rare that a municipality will give an ordinance to move or remove a Box. I can see how it it is a greater inconvenience, but in these cases we have no choice but to comply with the City's wishes.

Everybody I dealt with with this company was extremely helpful. The person who setup the order explained the delivery and billing process thoroughly and was very understanding and helpful when I changed my delivery and pickup times. The drivers were also very thorough describing the ideal strategy for loading the container. Everyone was friendly and helpful and, overall, it made the entire process a lot easier to deal with. When you're moving, things are chaotic and stressful.
To whom this may concern: I just wanted to thank the entire team at storage box for a great experience we had with your company! The first driver that dropped off the bin was polite and very helpful with any questions we had. The lady I spoke with on the phone when ordering the bin, and the conversation after we were done with the rental was very helpful and pleasant to talk with. The gentleman (Chris) that picked up the bin today was also very nice and pleasant to talk with as well.

Working with The Storage Box was a pleasant experience. They were able to deliver the storage box the next day, which surprised me. Chris, the driver, was excellent. Chris arrived in the time he said he would when he called. He was very friendly, personable and definitely knew what he was doing as he placed the box precisely where indicated.
