Worst moving experience I've had by far, and I've moved cross country twice and this was just a 3-4 mile local move. Items were packed unprofessionally, the movers were complaining about the amount of stuff that needed to be packed or moved although there was a full visit prior to establish the quote, furniture was not wrapped to prevent from damage or scratches, and 1 year+ out I'm still finding things that were damaged in the move.
They had visited my home and given me a reasonable quote that was supposed to be firm but it ended up being a LOT more money in the end. A piece of furniture was broken by them and I was assured that their "carpenter" would be fixing it. …
Economic is the furthest thing you will get. Needed a couch moved from my cousins house to my house. It was a 1/2 hour job including driving and they wanted to charge me $525! No matter if the job is 5 minutes or 3 hours its the same price. I called 2 Guys And A Truck and they charged me $125. Shameful.
I was disappointed that my furniture arrived at my destination minus knobs on my dressers and I had to return to my apartment to find my shelves. I did get an apology and money was taken off the bill. Things happen when moving. Lessons learned.
Ive been trying since Sunday. Its Friday. Online inquiry form...Nothing. called and left 2 voicemail no one EVER answers. Used this company in the past and wanted to give them business...guess not!!

A+, exactly what you hope for. Jay's team was punctual, careful, efficient, thorough, and friendly. They moved the contents of our 2 bedroom condo (including a piano) and unloaded it all at our new house in just under 4 hours (15 min drive). No damage to anything at all. Total pros!
