In their own words
We been renting an unit for over a year had no issue until they decided to get a assistant that lady is lazy she had broke. The lock and blamed it on us so we were changed for the damage that cleanly was done by the assistant manager and she knew she did the damage don’t go the to rent an unit .The assistant manger Karen is lazy and acts like it is a problem to anything.Karen is rude lazy just not a likable person
I have rented here previously and never had an issue. This year 2019 I placed my stuff in storage for 3 months and my couches and mattress were covered in rodent droppings. I didn't have storage insurance which was my mistake. I had to buy brand new couches and mattresses. Please don't make the same mistake I made. I do not recommend this place. Update on 10-8-19 to Edison Mini Storage (yes you). I believe my biggest mistake was not getting storage insurance. However my second mistake was using your facility.
Thank you for your review, Tony. As you know, storage unit facilities are similar to garages in that they are not air tight. … More

Convenient and very clean. Minimal paperwork and efficient office staff. They have the best rates I could find in the Kennewick West Highlands.
Thanks for your review, Rick!!
I've had a unit at Edison Street mini storage since I believe 2012. I have nothing but good words for the people that work there Krys is absolutely amazing the girls that work in the office are great. They keep everything clean and tidy they even have trailers you can use if you need to move your stuff and you don't have a trailer.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting us with your storage needs! We truly appreciate your loyalty and are so glad to hear Krys and our team have made such a positive impression. It means a lot to us!
