We used Help U Move several times and their work was outstanding. Not so this time. We sold our Tri Cities home and relocated to Arizona. We needed to store our furniture and household goods in storage until we closed on our new home. We hired Help U Move to load and transport our property to their own storage facility. After about 30 days we closed on our home and a friend agreed to drive a moving truck from the Tri Cities to our new home. Arrangements were made with Help U Move to load a Penske truck.

This company was recommended to me by my in-laws. They must have had a different crew when they moved. Started out ok but then the bad attitudes began when they realized our move was going to take longer than they had expected (I found this out later and guess what, not my fault and not my problem). Damaged my furniture and deflected the blame saying that item was in the storage unit but it wasn't. It was a brand new bed that had never been moved!
Disappointed. Called them 16 days prior to moving to get a quote for a move. They call me 9 days prior to my move to let me know they are a month out and can't do it on the day I needed. (that would have been good info to have when I called the first time) I then ask about getting help loading as I'll rent a truck and do it myself. Steve (the owner) shows up at my house and says they can provide help loading. When I ask "are you sure" he gets agitated.

Got wrong information from man on phone. quote was almost 3 times what man on phone had said was not happy and did not use them for the move. They added charges for my front steps not being attached to my mobile home very bad nickel and diming
Hello Miss Gantz. We can understand your frustration, however after our estimate, you chose one of our competitors, as we did NOT do your move. These reviews are very important to our business, so we kindly ask that you remove your post. It would be greatly appreciated.
Disappointing. We hired them for a two day job, to pack, move, and put together furniture after the move. On day one they packed our kids bedding (among other daily necessities) which we had to search for.. They left a lot of things …
Karyn and Kelly- we pride ourselves on being the best. When we drop ball it's embarrassing. Good or bad, we take your feedback to heart. I personally apologize for not executing your pack and move to the standards we hold ourselves too. We will review your bill and make adjustments.
Less than one star. I had a booked appt almost a month in advance. They never showed up. I could not get anyone else to do the job. Everyone was booked. Go to three brothers. They were excellent!!

Help-U-Move was fantastic from our first call to the final box unloaded. Our moving team of Junior, Miguel, Chino, and Austin Was professional, respectful, and cared about doing a great job. They moved us out of our old house and into our new house without a single ding or scratch. They listened carefully and made sure to put our things where we wanted them, as well as adjusting furniture placement when we requested it. This was our third time using Help-U-Move, And all three moves have been excellent.

Everyone at Help-U-Move was pleasant, professional, and so helpful with my relocation! Holli and Chino packed everything safely and efficiently. Eli, Liam, Jaden, and Kobe loaded the truck in less time than expected, allowing us to get on the road well ahead of schedule. Then Eli, Liam, Chris N, and Martin unloaded everything in no time, even with the adjustments I made in the moment. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations and did phenomenal work. Highly recommend for anything you need moved!
