Worse than awful. They were hired to do the packing and loading for us but when we unpacked almost all of our furniture was damaged. Absurd things were done such as double wrapping a plastic snow shovel, dumping entire drawers into boxes, shoving a wedding dress into the same box as a printer, not wrapping the expensive furniture items and then claiming they were out of packaging material. They also had boxed up multiple paint cans and were on the way to loading them even after I explicitly said not to pack them.

Got referred to Move Northwest by a friend and the moving discussion with our assigned "coordinator" started immediately which was a nice surprise. We scheduled an appointment with him so he could view the property in person and that's when things started to go downhill because he never even showed up for the appointment. When we reached out to the company to find out what had happened, we were told the appointment never made it to his calendar and he apologized.

Ronda, Yes, the gate to our self storage facility was broken. I spoke with the GM who indicated that the repairs had been made. He mentioned that he reached out to everyone, but we'll do our best to keep the gate working properly and keep everyone informed.
