In their own words
We used speedy movers Dec 2021. They damaged a piece of our furniture and one of our boxes was missing. We submitted our claim and heard nothing after multiple attempts. Two months later I finally received a response and agreed to an amount that covered the damages made minus our deductible on August 19, 2022 but never got the check. I continued to email and never got a response. I attempted to dispute the charge on our credit card.
Don't just read the good reviews. Read the BAD ones! Google seems to hide the bad reviews from appearing on the top. The bottom line is, DO NOT trust Speedy Mover's estimated delivery time window, especially if you are moving OUT OF STATE (read other 1 star reviews)! They should be called Slothy Mover! Two guys from Speedy Mover picked up our stuff on June 30, and moved it to a storage unit in Spokane the next day. They said they would deliver it to our new home in Utah by July 15.
They Stole some of our stuff including expensive jewelry items! This is not a fake account! I started calling many months ago, no one ever has returned my call and I’ve called over 20 times. Even emailed the owner Matt, still no response. Definitely not professional and definitely seems that they do not care nor want to refund our loss when they are at fault. Update 5/10 This is not a fake account! After I wrote this review, I finally received an email back from Matt Young, manager .

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Had it arranged for them to move a gun safe and gave then all the details - 1100 lbs, the dimensions, have to go up stairs to get it out of the basement. Gave us a quote and an estimate over the phone. They showed up and told their guys that it was a 600 lbs safe and didn't make note that they needed another guy and a bigger dolly to move it.. so they reschedule for today which was the soonest they were able to get back.

Had my furniture moved a few weeks ago and they did some damage to my brand new house. Manager wanted to just write a check before I got an estimate on what it would cost. Long story short after I sent him the bid he now won't respond to my emails. Be careful who you hire to move your furniture.

In their own words
One of the reasons why I picked speedy was because they were local. So friendly and went over the top to help me move. All items were shrink wrapped and handled with care. I'm on the second floor and I really didn't have to do anything after boxes were packed. I bought the boys lunch. I'm some what disabled and all I could really do is point. Great communication, we moved an entire 2x2 with w/d and a small freezer in about 4 hours from beginning to end. I will definitely be referring them to anyone.

Another incredible move by this company. My 3rd move using them (2 residential and 1 business)and the only moving company I use in the Tr-Cities. Angel, Juan, and Jesus were rock stars--conscientious, tireless, and 3 of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Our belongings were packed very carefully and nothing was damaged. The crew worked very hard on a 95 degree day, and when the move took longer than expected due to some unforseen circumstances, they were cheery and kept pushing.

Speedy Movers has changed my opinion of moving companies. They recently moved me from Kennewick to Montana – not one broken item! My friend used them to move from Monroe, WA to Montana and was equally as impressed. They really do go above and beyond what is expected. I was impressed with the way they put four bands around blankets around furniture, when other companies only put one or two. I would highly recommend them for your next move!
