DO NOT hire them. I just moved last weekend and they were an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. PROPERTY DAMAGE, PREDATORY PRICING, AND NEGATIVE COMMUNICATION. Don’t fall for the good reviews. They quoted me $856 for a 3 stop move. Ended up taking forever and charged me $1444 at the end of it. DIABOLICAL. During the move I noticed multiple damages and brought it up and the guy said that it was already like that….. which is not true. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hi there, I was quite disappointed with my move. I had read good reviews, but now I’m skeptical about whether it was just my luck or if those reviews were really accurate. The three movers were delightful to deal with, so there were no issues there. However, my issue comes from the fact that they were neither familiar with nor trained for organizing the truck and storage space. A little background: I moved two years ago from a five-bedroom house to a three-bedroom townhome.

I was very displeased yesterday with my move. I used Einstein Moving Company in the past last year when moving. The movers last yr were phenomenal!! Super quick and efficient, in fact they were so quick, we barely even made it to the 2.5hr mark and I gave each of them a nice big tip for it. Since that move was great, this year I decided to use them again.

3 hours wasted while the main, experienced guy of the team tried to envision how to fit our stuff into the truck. Had to help them disassemble fridge and freezer doors of newer LG fridge (which took me 30 seconds to Google) and after I had removed 3 of the 4 doors, they waited for me to do the last one? Weird. We were disappointed with our experience using Einstein Moving. During the move, they damaged two walls, broke a drawer, and broke the wheels off our toolbox. For the wall damage, they offered $50 off. The drawer was simply taped back together, and no compensation was offered for that. Regarding the toolbox, they submitted it to their insurance department and told us it could take a couple of months to determine the outcome, which is frustrating considering the damage occurred during the move.

I had a great experience with Daniel A. and Antony H. during my local move. They were punctual, friendly, professional, and, most importantly, did an excellent job. I was moving between apartment buildings in two different cities, and they handled elevators, long hallways, and the logistics with ease. They worked efficiently while taking great care of all of my belongings, making the entire move quick and stress-free. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again in the future.

We carefully hand selected Einstein for our recent move to Sanger TX. Our lineup of movers consisted of Nicholas S, Brooklyn A, and Ian S. Now for the review: The good: The team was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL in their handling of our belongings and communication. My standards tend go be relentlessly high when it comes to these kinds of things and I can comfortably say that they met my bar. Fantastic service at great price. Blaise and Tre (hope I spelled right) are superb. They took great care in wrapping items while still working very fast and efficiently. They went out of their way to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. Could not be better.
We have now booked Einstein Movers twice, and they have been absolutely outstanding both times! Every single employee we’ve interacted with has been incredibly nice, polite, and professional, bringing a great and friendly energy that immediately takes the stress out of moving day.
