I used Rollers Moving LLC for a local move on November 19, 2025. A few days later, I noticed my L-shaped couch had been severely damaged. The entire back section was pushed in and the internal wooden support snapped completely. This was not a small scratch or cosmetic issue. It was structural damage that absolutely would have been heard or felt by any mover handling it. Yet no one reported it or said a word to me during the move.
In response to owner, the police were called because I told her to. Your workers did not make the call and they were not afraid of me personally because we had no issues at pick up and i was not there initially at drop off. I am also 5 months pregnant and had a 9 year old with me at pickup, not sure how intimidating that would be. My sister who is 4'11 was outside in an empty complex with 2 men late at night. So for her safety I advised her to call them to de-escalate the situation.

Hired them for a local move. Agreed on $285. Then they kept asking for more money in total it cost $410. Then they broke alot of my furniture and thing and alot money came up missing. I cslled made a complaint and was told they couldnt do anything. Would never hire this company they dont care about you just the money
I truly have never experienced something like this and I will say the movers are innocent it’s Jacob that is the problem. The movers were very sweet and did a GREAT job. They were only following Jacob’s orders more than likely to get cheated out of their money. I booked the night before after search high and low for movers. I heard from Jacob close to 8 pm. In the text it said I was BOOKED for 1-4 pm this is before the deposit was sent.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I called this company to move a few items and I was quoted $119 hr plus $85 service fee. The movers came in looked around and said 4hrs right off the bat . I let them know there’s no way it’s gone take 4hrs to Move 2 couches , dresser , bed , table and a few boxes . I’ve had movers come in and move these few items in less than 2 hrs . I live in a 2 bedroom townhome and everything was right at the door and organized and ready to go.

***Update*** Rollers Moving Team - You did NOT refund the $75. You called me to say that it would be returned, however, the refund was rejected and remains a charge on my credit card. On June 21st, I scheduled a move for June 28. I was told, in writing, that I would only be charged a $25 deposit fee if I canceled at least 3 days before the move. I canceled the move on June 24th (4 days before the move) and was charged a $100 deposit.

A huge thank you to Gurrimo, Carlos, and Julio (I apologize if I’ve misspelled anyone’s name!) for their professionalism, hard work, and positive attitudes throughout our move. We moved from a two-story home to another two-story home, and the crew handled everything with care and efficiency. They were respectful of our belongings, worked incredibly hard, and made the entire process much less stressful than we expected.

I had lost hopes had so much clutter, no one wanted to help me but her cleaning crew did AMAZING i’m so blessed. It was on a such short notice specially being memorial day weekend and she found a way in less that 12hrs to find a solution.
