Alex is unprofessional and doesn’t deserve this job of tuning pianos. If I could give him a zero rating I would. I’ve waited over a month for him to complete a tuning job and replacing some strings. He was very slow to respond to phone calls and texts. I had to hire another piano tuning company to complete the job.

alejandro did a phenomenal job tuning my piano, he even helped me get it off my truck and into the house, which was not easy! he didn’t need to go above and beyond but he went the extra mile and then some. the piano is tuned perfectly. it cost $150. he was professional, and fast! i made the appointment and received my services in the same day!
I bought my Baldwin piano here a few months ago at a good price. It sounds great and works well; so far, I haven't had any problems. The seller specializes in pianos, as they have various models in their shop that you can try out and check out. They also deliver it to your home, tuned, at no extra cost.
