They damaged our antiques and even after the repairs of the antiques, they have lost their resale value. I’m out now close to 75k from the loss of value on the antiques. And the owner won’t even give us a partial refund. Lol the lack of compassion for being a “women owned” company is astounding. We have multiple talks with the owner, Elle, who basically cared less that her employees damaged our belongings.

We recently completed a three-day move with Element, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Moving an entire household required three trucks and a team of nine men, yet the entire process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail from start to finish. A special recognition goes to Eleazar and his crew. Their communication was outstanding at every stage of the move.
Was impressed from start to end, received a call the day before to confirm all information was still correct, they called 30 minutes before arriving. Turned up on time, greeted us with smiles and got straight to work. They were efficient, worked together knew what they were doing. They were helpful, asked questions regularly as they moved through each room and gave updates as they went along.

Allan was the team lead on my move. They arrived exactly on time when they told me they would. Very hard workers. They took extremely good care of my furniture and belongings. Everything was padded and wrapped to protect against damage. Crating service was also utilized and those items were received in perfect condition. Moving day is always difficult but Allan and his crew were very polite and friendly. I realized early on in the process watching them work I had no need to worry.
The staff at the office were very reasonable in accommodating our needs for moving. Gave us lots of options and met our moving deadline. I was extremely content with the movers sent to our house. They were efficient, careful and fast. They moved us into an apartment (4th floor) from west Texas to north Dallas area. What I expected to be a two day affair was actually done in 1 day about 8 hours including travel time. Would recommend Element moving and would go with them again if I ever move again within state.
