Not only did ruin several of our antique pieces the movers stole and yes I said stole whatever they wanted including many rare chi n ese pieces that were in my wife's family for along time good luck with your move if you're lucky maybe they won't trash your furniture and steal from you
Hi Jerry, We are very sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your move. We did receive your back to back voicemails calling our staff explicit names, so because of this we will not be initiating anymore verbal contact with you.
Movers arrived hours late, one left during the job leaving the remaining mover to call in help. The movers themselves are great people, but the company is terribly mismanaged and disorganized. edit: Updating my review given this reply. My wife had asked you personally to call the building since the mistake was on your end. Also, your driver, who was amazing, hadn't left Tallahassee yet and left equipment behind as well as a few boxes. We waited at our apartment for an additional hour while he was showering.

I had a short across town (Tallahassee) 5 minute move in the summer of 2018, and yes, while there was a minimum 2- hour required, the two guys they sent were contractors of the company (the movers didn't know each other, they met right at my door for the firs time, this guy Griner must be getting them off craigslist), some weird communications between them as they did not have a plan (they didn't know how to kill time for 2 hrs and move 20 boxes).
Hello. We are sorry you felt like you had a bad experience with us. Although you left this review a year after your move, I’d anything was damaged during your move, we still cover that. We are not sure why you left this review a year after the move occurred, but we understand you are upset.
Everyone that has done it knows: Relocating a place of business is tough and disruptive to your business. I recently engaged Griner Moving Services to move our Tallahassee branch from a location it has been at for 46 years to a brand new building that the Tallahassee team was very excited about. I selected Griner Moving Services based upon their being a high quality and locally owned operation, ostensibly.
Hey there Mr. Jennings. Thanks for your review. Also, we were unaware that you are a US. Vet, and are to get 10% of your move back, since we give discounts to veterans. To touch on our mishaps with this move, I am honestly at a loss for words on how you really think we deserve a 1 Star review.
The team they sent did not wrap 90% of the furniture, even though we provided 36 pads and asked multiple times to wrap all furniture pieces. Several antique pieces were scratched and one piece they broke a marble top before putting it in the truck. This was obvious, since no broken marble was in the truck when unloaded. This was one of the 4 pieces they wrapped (presumably to hid the damage).

I highly recommend Griner Moving Services for any size move. My husband and I chose Griner Moving Services for our move out-of-state because of their previous great reviews, their quick response time, and the fact that they only move YOUR items, not like a van line that moves multiple families' items at a time and delivers a "shipment" some time in the next month. Stephanie was very responsive with a 24 hour phone number, and she always got back to me quickly.

Professional service end-to-end. A Rep came by to assess my move and get relevant data for a quote. They offered to price match any quote that beat theirs on top of that. On move day, the movers showed up prompt, professional, wore masks, were friendly, attentive to caring for my possessions in transit, and were flexible on delivery day as the schedule allowed. And then delivery day, same energy. Excellent service and very reasonable price for a 400 mile move.

I called Griner for an out of state move for a customer. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. Thanks to Alexandria and her assistant for calm and cheerful photo cataloging of the home contents and assurance that all fragile items would be well taken care of. The quote was prompt and fair.
