I am elderly and disabled. It was a very small move only 3 miles away; one of the men called me twice asking me if I wanted to reschedule — I told him I couldn’t, I needed to move that day. I had booked 2 movers, one truck and 3 hours. My niece had flown in from out of state to assist me with my move. One of the movers was nice and tried to make excuses for the other mover — we felt rushed, bullied and disrespected. I will NOT use this company again. BTW — it took them 2.75 hrs of the 3 hours I paid for 🙁🙁
Elite scratched, scuffed, dropped and broke furniture walls, floors and more. We had to stop the move because the 3 men and 2 children they sent to move us were tearing everything up. The owner said he would come the next day and finish the move, they charged US for the next day. Elite refused to fix any of their damage until we paid the invoice! They did eventually fix SOME of the things they destroyed. I would suggest using anyone else for your move.
This company moved my household goods and lost the remote to my automated bed base in the process. They completely unhelpful in my attempts to resolve the problem, referred me to their insurance company who refused to even file a claim, and left me with a nonfunctional $400 automated bed frame. Totally disgusted with them. If you use them, you better hope you don't have any problem.
Everything was moved for you and all boxes that you packed were not unpacked when you filed the claim. Without unpacking all of the boxes to see if you had indeed packed the bed remote yourself.
Worst dishonest owner ever. Kept overpayment, lied. Terrible person.No response from Jake or Barbara for overpayment. Why do you continue to lieMove team 1 hr late. Disappointed that they lied about losing check and took both payments and process not returning overpayment.you still have not responded so don't post responses it is a lie
We will gladly look into this as we work with qb, smart moving and remedy payments. I wasn’t informed of this at all. If you would like to share the move date and crew member names for your move I will absolutely look into it. Thank you.
I attempted to get an online quote by using their website on Monday evening, I have waited 72 hours and still no email or call back from the company. I attempted to call 7 times over 3 days and got voicemail every time. I even left a message and never got a call back, its almost as if this company does not want business. I contacted 2 competitors during my wait and was able to speak to someone when I called, the first time, and get quotes with 5 minutes to 24 hours. Very sad.
These are all fake reviews from his friends/family/ex employees and local businesses trying to boost reviews. I know this for a fact. Be cautious when choosing someone into your home with your valuables and personal belongings.
For someone who was caught changing commission amounts on their 3rd day… for an hourly job (in training) that is quite a misleading statement. For five years we have been working and serving Tyler and it’s fine citizens.

Absolutely phenomenal!! I used them for my move from Tyler to Lufkin and Tim and his team were so incredible. It was unbelievably hot and they worked through it and were so fast and careful with everything. They were the only part of the move that was not stressful! The owner communicated with me constantly up until the move date, the team showed up exactly on time (I’ve used other moving companies out of Tyler where this was not the case), and did a walkthrough and got to work immediately.

This is the best moving company I have ever used. Jakob, Andrew, and the crew at Elite are knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, patient, kind, and gentlemanly. They are so organized, there wasn't a thing I had to do. The estimate was very reasonable, and then the final cost turned out to be less than the estimate. It was a huge move, and it was all done on time and under budget. Everything ended up in the new house exactly where I needed it to be; not one thing broke, got scratched, or went missing.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Elite Moving for my move in Texas, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Right from the initial stages, the team at Elite Moving was helpful and responsive in answering all my queries. The booking process was easy and straightforward, which eased much of the stress typically associated with moving.
I hired Elite Moving to move my furniture from a two-story rental to a one-level house. Jakob was quick to respond to my inquiry and worked with me to set up a date that wouldn't require me to miss work. The movers showed up on time and were generally friendly and professional, even though I know for a fact that getting some of that furniture down from the second floor was not a good time.
