Our experience with this business is Unacceptable. We made an appointment and they never showed up. They can't keep track their employees of when, what time and who is supposed to go where. I made an appointment for 9am two weeks ago. i called 2 days ahead to make sure they would be there and Elijah told us they will be there at 9 o'clock. 9 o'clock comes around, 2 hours went by and no one was yet to show up. we received no phone call, no anything after I called every number they had.
We apologize that your service wasnt 100 percent
DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY" the police even spoke on it in agreement. (After I used them roll 🙄 $935 FOR 1 BEDROOM-2ND FLOOR) I gave 1 because; (first off let me say I'm glad we moved our own TVs and computers or they would've either be stolen or broken and not paid for. Nothing was replaced or cared it was broken) ¹ The move was scheduled for 10am and They showed up at 11:30am.

Guys read the negative reviews we are all consistent! Paying family and friends for positive reviews they are fake! Like everyone else seemed polite and eager upon agreeing on day/time. They didn’t show up so I called and texted repeatedly to be told it would be 3 more hours. That time also came and went and they finally show up 2 hours after that time. Tracked mud all over my brand new house and carpet, nobody even apologized.
We apologize that our service was not up to standard, as we strive for customer satisfaction with every move. As i stated on the phone on all 5 of your calls to our company, it is up to your bank as to when they release your funds to you
I was initially over charged for the move. I was told I would receive a $50 refund. Instead of the refund I was charged again. I was told I would receive the $575 overcharge back in 2 days. I have not. My texts and phone calls have not been returned in a week.
Since then we have returned the $50 to Angie. It was a mistake in communication.
Broke several items, left with the truck before clearing the house (a closet and the back porch were missed), went into arbitration and agreed to pay for damages then never paid.
We did agree to pay arbitration, unfortunatly the amount we agreed to pay was not satisfactory to you. We agreed to pay more than our insurance company was agreeing to pay. This was a claim from 4 yrs ago. Which you and your wife both left negative reviews on anysight you could find.
Booked Red carpet moving over a month ago for a move on 11/26/22. I spoke with Elijah on multiple occasions leading up to the move confirmed the day and time, including 3 days and 1 day prior to the move. On move day, no one showed up for the 9am arrival time. Spoke with Elijah 30 minutes past the time, he stated one crew member was at the loading dock, but they were waiting on the other two. This game went on for another few hours. Finally he promised another crew between 4-5pm.

Elijah was great at first for giving you a quote but after that not good at communicating!! Doesn't return your calls/text you must call his wife to get ahold of him.. we were scheduled at 8am an didn't tell us he contracted our move out to another company and didn't tell them where we were moving that it was two hours away.. they were ok, took forever to unload.. an scratched up our refrigerator..was not the most professional and did not wrap our mattress up.. got spots on it.. not happy bout that..
Hello Tammy thank you for taking the time to review our services. We take all complaints very seriously. I am sometimes hard to reach in person on the phone due to my hands on service that i provide to my customers everyday.
We booked our move on 7/1 for a move on 8/1/2020 with another moving company who we were very familiar with and have used previously. This company double booked our move and we had to be out by 8/2. This company we booked with would not honor our booking but offered to help find a mover for us. This is how we ended up with Red Carpet Moving. I called the owner Elijah and he confirmed he would have his crew of 3 guys at my house at 8:30 am. At 8:15 he sent a text saying it would be 2 pm before they could arrive.

I recently used Red Carpet Moving in Tyler, and I can confidently say they are one of the best moving companies in East Texas. From the first phone call to the final box being placed exactly where we wanted it, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They showed up on time, handled our furniture with extreme care, and worked quickly without ever cutting corners. Moving is stressful, but these guys made the entire process smooth and organized.
Needed to move from Tyler to Houston. Was given a set, reasonable rate. Guys showed up 30 minutes before scheduled time. Very professional. Wrapped all furniture. I lived on the 3rd floor, and none of my surrounding neighbors were disturbed. My dad was thoroughly impressed when they unloaded all my belongings in Houston. Showed up to my apartment at 7:30 am, packed everything up, and delivered my stuff to Houston by 2:30 pm. Great and honest guys! Definitely recommended.
