The rating breakdown
Google shows 12 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 12 | 100% | |
| 4 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 0 | 0% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This team showed up right on time, were polite, hardworking, and powered through the entire evening without slowing down. They packed, moved, and unpacked my entire house in just five hours. The crew treated our belongings with care and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy. Absolute legends. If you want a team that works hard, delivers on their promises, and gets the job done right, Empire Movers is the move. Highly recommend.
Amazing communication, Brandy was very friendly and accommodating. Dylan was a rockstar and they cared for my belongings as if they were their own. Book with Confidence !
Thanks Jeff and Frankie. Good luck in the new house!
We had a wonderful experience with Empire Moving Solutions! From the initial intake and discussion of expectations, to the clarity of pricing structure before the actual day, and the punctuality and care that the movers showed when handling our move. They have been amazing to deal with every step of the way and helped make our move so easy and seamless. I would have no hesitation recommending Empire Moving, and should we have another move at any time in the future . . . .
Brandi and Balwinder took an immense about of stress off my shoulders when it came to packing and moving. Professional, cared for my stuff, all the people involved (including the workers) had great attitudes and enjoyable to be around. I super appreciate their services and happy to support a women and minority owned local business.
