Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Company - Kelowna

We booked this company to move our furniture from Kelowna to Vernon. We received a call at 830am informing us that due to a worker injury, the crew would be late (they were supposed to arrive at 9:30am). No big deal; I called the dispatcher (Andrew) who told me that the crew would be coming out after the first delivery, with an ETA of 3-4 hours. I received a call from Andrew at 12:30pm informing us that the crew would be out within the hour.

AVOID - Was fairly difficult to coordinate with when arranging a cross province move, especially when we had to have a point of contact locally deal with the move out process. Poor communication with their own packing and shipping people (weren't aware of potential junk removal, didn't have point of contacts number for pick up). After the move several items were left behind, some un packed in drawers, which was claimed to be our point of contacts responsibility.

Scumbags, at least the Edmonton branch, long story short, although they did not hold my belongings for ransom, they did bash up my landlords walls, promise to pay to fix it, and gave me a series of fake phone numbers to get ahold of their so called boss. Honestly, it wasn't Two small men, it was another moving company that they contracted to do the move for me, but still I booked it through two small men, and the guys they got me were awful. Never paid for the damage.

Deeply disappointed in the service. I booked a long haul move over a month in advance and even delayed my move to the day that seemed better for them. On the morning of, I was informed that they are in a different city moving someone else instead. They told me it would be a 5h delay. They ended up arriving 9h late! To top it off they also didn't properly wrap our furniture and damaged our stuff using the dolly. Totally unbelievable how much of a disaster the whole thing was..

Terrible experience they overcharged me to move around the corner things went missing I was referred by a friend would net use them agsin ...

We hired this company to disassemble furniture (beds, closets) and store everything in 2 storage containers and then unpack everything at our new location 3 months later and re-assemble what they had disassembled. They were not able to re-assemble everything as they had lost or misplaced some screws needed to re-assemble a bed.

If there was a way to vote zero stars I would, they charged my girlfriend for 6 hrs instead of the 4.5 it took them to move a two bedroom suite with nothing in it. They removed a door to get a desk out that did not need to be removed. They wasted time carrying boxes together that my small girlfriend packed and carried. She even helped them move some of the stuff. They wasted an hour and a half driving to the location because of traffic and filling up for gas.

Very unhappy with my October 31st. move from Kelowna. First the good, they were punctual and communicated very well. Everything pretty well went and in the times quoted. The Bad, they didn't care about my belongings at all, poor packing, things just dumped in boxes and thrown onto the trucks. The two main movers were Ukrainian, didn't communicate very well in English other than the remarks they were making about me and all my stuff.
