I have had a lot of good experiences with space center but not so much lately. They have upped their prices and not followed through with communication in terms of their new policy of changing locks so I ended up wasting money. They do not give you any leeway or help you out when you cannot pay. No help in payments, will lock you out the second your bill isn't paid. Late payment fees etc.
Hi Jessica, I am sorry to hear about your experience with us. We do our very best to create a secure facility for all of our customers. This however means we require a disc lock on our customer's lockers (We do offer them at a cheaper price than other retail stores).
I went to pay my locker yesterday and clear it for move out so she accepted my money but then wouldbt let me even in my locker.. My id was stolen well on vacation..everything..as thats not stressful enough..i come home to get my things and my 4 year olds things and she says sorry i cant let you in without id! (because my access code was in my wallet thst got stolen i needed a new one and they wouldnt give me one) I have been renting a storage space in there for the past year they see me every month..
We are very sorry that we weren’t able to let you access your locker. Our policy is that we need proof of identification first before sharing access information to our facility.
Bad Experience! After returning home from my vacation I was greeted with a smashed window on my truck that was left in their care. I was told bad luck, nothing we can or will do about it. Window cost close to $500. May aswell of left my truck parked on the side of a road somewhere.
The storage locker is clean and it is easy to reach someone at the office. However my experience was more hassle than it was worth. First they said I had to purchase one of their own locks and couldn’t use my own. I went to purchase a lock on the display wall (brand new locks in packaging) and was told “oh here I’ll give you this one” and was given a lock that was already open with keys in it from behind the counter, which makes me think it was used. This lock cost $16.

Rating this as 1 star as I cannot post 0 stars! The service was terrible! they got us to sign and fill out wrong contract as we were storing a sports car for the winter. When we picked up over winter and it not moving there was scratches down to metal and dents in car. Someone tried to repair it by putting glittery nail polish on the car! once confronted about it they blamed us!!! even though we haven't seen it since we stored it.
While the rents go up year after year the service is non existent. The tarp came off our car and no one was kind enough to call to let us know. Looking for a new storage facility now. Paying hundreds of $ for nothing. The area looks like there have been break ins. Time to move on.
Hi Kay, I would like to reach out to you as I believe that we aren’t deserving of a 1-star review but I do want to address your concerns and your dissatisfaction. We have not had break ins at either of our lots in years and we are constantly upgrading the facility.
Never go there ever AGAIN. They are there to take your money with no problems but when it comes time to give it back they have 1000 excuses. They can't email it then you have evidence but they will tell you over the phone. A bunch of B.S.
The warehouse's operating hours, which are essentially the same as the office hours, are inconvenient, in fact, very inconvenient. The 8 AM opening time is also unsuitable for people who need to retrieve tools for work.

Space Centre Storage is a secure, clean, well-maintained facility with fabulous, knowledgeable staff. I began a dialogue with Linda Komac in 2023 to secure a heated unit in September. She has been professional, efficient, cheerful and very helpful. Moving and storing my treasures was scary. I was pleased to find a place where I feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Space Centre Storage.

We have been renting storage from Space Centre for several years, and have had fantastic experiences each time we have rented. The staff are absolutely awesome - very responsive, accommodating, and caring - great customer service!! The storage is easy to access, always clean, and our belongings have always been safe and secure. We highly recommend Space Centre!

I truly appreciate the manager Cam and his helpful team. They have continually gone out of their way to ensure that my personal items are safe and secure. When I needed assistance, Cam and his team offered to help move my items to another storage unit. They took pride in my items and were careful when doing the move. Thank you so much!,

Awesome service! made my staggered move so much easier with the Mi-Box. Everything was delivered, picked-up, and delivered again on time and keeping all our contents safe. Plus the driver helped us unload the box!! would highly recommend.
