Honestly I am baffled they have only 5 star reviews considering they were the worst moving company i have ever had. I used them in March and am still upset by their unprofessionalism from start to finish. When I booked I told them I was moving from apartment to apartment and there were stairs involved. As soon as they got to my old address they were upset by the 5 stairs they had to navigate.
Edit** After even further review, we are 100% certain we never moved this person. We have never had any contact with this person. There is another company operating as Peak in kelowna. We are unsure if it was them who moved her but it’s our … More
Chose Peak for its competitive price and availability but was highly disappointed. They do not own a storefront so I had to meet them in person to pay which is not a big deal but it had to be coordinated. I booked the move 3 mo in advance. Plans changed and I forgot to call but expected a confirmation prior to moving day as I had only spoken to them once. There was no confirmation or courtesy call or email and as planned, they showed up to my old place in another city.
Hi Cindy, We’re truly sorry to hear about the very difficult situation you were going through at the time of your scheduled move. We understand how stressful and overwhelming those circumstances must have been. That said, we do want to clarify a few important points.
Left stuff behind in the garage & next day when I asked them to move that stuff they literally refused to do that . After a long conversation guy said he can move in his halfton but I have to cover the gas & I agreed. After that conversation no one ever contacted me at all . On top of that guy blamed me for not checking when they came in I showed them what has ti be moved . Rather than accepting his fault & correcting it blaming the customer is wrong. I will never use them ever again.

I was informed about Peak Moving from my previous neighbor who used them last year for her move. What a great recommendation, and I'm pleased with the service and pricing. Our family moved from a 3 bedroom upper suite home in West Kelowna, into a new 3 bedroom - 2 story townhome in Glenmore. We are family of 5 (3 kids), and have a crapload of stuff, so we hired 3 movers and a 26' truck. The movers that showed up for our move were Myles, Jeff, and Tyler, and they were respectful, kind, and a bunch of workhorses.

This company is incredibly professional! Super fast at responding to inquiries, answered all of my questions and created a relaxed easy going environment while moving. These guys helped me move across the Province with very little stress. They were punctual and courteous. They would be holding boxes and move out of my way! Incredible service. One of the movers took the time to help me put together my shoe rack towards the end of the day knowing they needed to get going soon to take a ferry back.
