The rating breakdown
1 of the 33 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Encore Piano and Organ Moving are one or two star.
Worked out from 33 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
We just had my Grandma's upright grand piano moved by this team! They were so courteous, kind and AMAZING! We had it moved from upstairs in one house to another house. I loved watching them work. They communicated and collaborated so well as they moved my piano. They were prompt, quick and took great care on the hardwood stairs! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I was nervous, at first, because the cost was so much lower than most movers, but that quickly faded. These gentlemen were amazing. They were professional, quiet, very careful, and made it look easy, to say the least. Not a scratch on my beautiful Yamaha C1, and they were timely. Would happily use them again if I need it, and will definitely be recommending them to anyone with this need. They made the process seamless! I can't say enough great things about them, they truly made my day!!!
Great price and they were very quick unloading. Showed up within the time window. Great service!
Encore piano was initially difficult to call and speak to someone. I had called several times and was unable to speak to anyone. It took me about a week to schedule my appointment. However, once my appointment was scheduled everything went really smooth. I payed over the phone. The movers called me 45 minutes before they showed up. They were very knowledgeable and very experienced. They were kind, friendly, and efficient. They treated my piano with great care. I would highly recommend them.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
