**WARNING, DO NOT USE*** Horrible customer service. Davon from customer service is extremely rude. I cancelled my request due to his rudeness and tried to book a totally different move with Angie. Called back and Devon cancelled the different move and the manager refused to speak with me. This is how they treat veterans who defend America; nasty, rude attitudes and no appreciation for customers. Will never use again and will file BBB complaint. Do not let them put you in risk of missing a timely move or escrow.

Awful experience. I had broken items. I filed claimed and they say it's my fault. That's BULL. have moved several times and never had an issue with damaged items. I brought brand new furniture for my new home and it was completely destroyed. I'm totally disappointed. I will be taking further action.
DeVon is the sole reason for the poor review. Every other person I spoke with or interacted with was professional. The first interaction seemed normal; he even tried to make accommodations for our move. Then, when the contract arrived, he claimed to have never said that and insinuated I was lying. I requested they review the tapes from our previous conversation if I was lying. I decided not to go with them and take my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend Estes Sure Move to anyone! Me and my husband were going to use another company to move us from TN to CA when Estes came to us highly recommended since they "do such an amazing job" with Military families. After our truck got delivered to us we found approximately $1000 dollars worth of damage had happened to our belongings. Boxes were ripped open, wedding gifts broken in half, sentimental items ripped apart.
We’ve been working with them for months now, planning ahead for our move. At the last minute they called us and canceled the move because “the driveway is too long”. Sending us into a tailspin to try to find another company. Seriously? The driveway is too long? I didn’t realize your drivers lacked the experience necessary to navigate “long driveways”.

Military guy here. Long story short we didn’t have a house yet. We payed monthly payments for storage. I had weapons along with my storage. And they sold everything right from under us. Especially the weapons they sold witch is illegal. Now we preparing for to sue. Do not use this company.

I do not recommend Estes to anyone! After much trouble and over $1000 dollars worth of damages to me & my wife's things we were told it was our fault. This company is awful & I encourage no one to use them!
Very rude reckless inpatient driver ran us off the road in Nashville Tennessee today. Was speeding and didn't care who he pushed off the road or drive up on them to get over for him.

Estes SureMove was a great choice for moving our belongings across the country at a reasonable price. The first two days we were unable to use a ramp to load our belongings because it was broken. The company did all they could to get a ramp to us as soon as possible and even offered us extra days to load the truck, although we couldn't because we were on a deadline to move out, as we sold our home. Everything arrived at our new home exactly as it was loaded.

Wow! My parents had an absolutely fantastic moving experience with Estes SureMove from California to Florida! After another mover tried scamming them by taking a deposit, showing up and trying extort more money, and then leaving us without returning the deposit (we eventually fought them and got the money back), they were very nervous about using a moving company, but they are so happy and grateful to have found Estes SureMove. Estes SureMove employees were super professional and on time.

I had a big move from CA to TN. I had not used this type of service before, and my questions were answered by the company over the phone. The trailer was delivered on time, I did have professional movers load it to use all of the vertical space properly and to brace and tie down all of the household goods also, which contributed to only minor rubbing on a few items and furniture was well padded.
