In their own words
They accomplished the move less than 5 miles away. We had damage to furniture, over charged us for the time, started late and we believe they stole one streaming device. They also gave us a very hard time over filing a complaint
Beth- If you suspect anything was taken by the move crew, please file a police report immediately and let us know the case # so we can give them all the info we have on the crew. All of our teams are background checked and drug tested as a pre-hire, and we do not tolerate this misconduct.
Worst movers we have ever had. Poor or no wrapping of items in boxes, a couple small items stolen, and false claims of damage to furniture. Cabinets were just swept into boxes with no care. Horrible job.

Entire moving process was seamless. We were able to schedule our initial quote quickly and we found the ability to do the estimate via video really convenient. We received a reasonable quote shortly thereafter. Scheduling our move was also very easy with great communication. Our crew arrived on time the day of, protected the floors and the furniture extremely well. We also utilized packing services and everything made the move safely. The crew was friendly, efficient and professional.

My move was initiated through my military retirement, and Stewart Moving & Storage was selected as my representative. The overall experience was amazing. A representative from the company had all of my furnishings and household goods previously submitted through the government which was used to organize how many packers would arrive. Both of the packing representatives were careful with everything; at delivery, I did not have any broken equipment.

I am thrilled to find Stewart Moving & Storage. They were wonderful to work with from the absolute beginning to the very end. After I filled in the inquiry form, I got a call from Ericka who put me in touch with Desda. Desda was so wonderful -- she made a trip to see the house for an in-person estimate and stayed very closely in touch with any questions and arranged the estimate and date of service. She was very kind, understanding, and helpful while we were going through a stressful situation.
