The professionalism was absolutely horrible...I was approached in a very aggressive manner from the start it was 2 movers and only one of them seemed to have proper training and a professional attitude even after a the aggressive approach I still tipped the guys the one that was professional gave me his last name (moody) the other guy simply said his name was Quan "Delmont quan " this was after I tipped I can't complain about moody because I can tell he was the hard worker but "delmont quan " needs proper training…
Hi Roy, We never provided any services for you. We were assisting with a move for a customer escaping an unsafe situation. You showed up during the move to try to stop it and were acting very suspiciously. You made our team and the customer very uncomfortable.
I would give 0 stars if I could. ***EDITED TO ADD - The owner reached out to us and apologized saying that his crew ABSOLUTELY SHOULD HAVE DONE THE MOVE. He had zero reason as to why they didn’t do the job yet whoever handled their google reviews tried to blame us. Also, we had College Hunks come out days later and they didn’t the move no problem and were absolutely phenomenal.

We recently used On The Fly Moving Guys Moving Company for our relocation from Richmond, VA, to Pennsylvania. The contact process was smooth thanks to Jessica, who always picked up the phone when I called and answered any questions I had. Owner Joseph Woods came out to our house and was extremely professional and provided detailed and clear information about their services. The quote I received was accurate and transparent and extremely reasonable compared to other quotes received.

On the Fly Moving guys were awesome! If you are looking for a moving company that will treat your belongings with respect, that will keep their appointments, have a great price, and have a knowledgeable and courteous crew - then this is the moving company for you. They completed my move from a house to an apartment easily. I had labeled things for them to take, we went over the inventory, and in the blink of an eye they were loaded up. They made it look so easily.

I called these guys and was greeted by a lady name Jessica. She got my information and quickly had a quote in my email. I reviewed and accepted their contract. They was 500.00 cheaper than their competitors. Jessica was always polite and answered all my questions. The day before my move date Jessica reached out to confirm everything. Moving day- the team of 3 men came to move me. Started off call from Moody to say they are leaving office and be here in 20 minutes. They was on time.

Yesterday OnTheFlyMovingGuys came and loaded a 16ft PODs container. My review covers two parts of the process – setting up the appointment and then the execution. Speaking to Jessica it was a bit confusing as we discussed my needs so she could give me a quote. Basically, I needed the POD loaded and we discussed the types of items and rooms. In my case office furniture, one bedroom set, and some other pieces. She was great talking to and very efficient.
