Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Evolution Disposal. I submitted an online form summarizing my disposal request on September 26, 2025, and received no response. On October 21 I followed up with a phone call. A customer service rep asked me to resend the photos of my disposal request on October 22, which I did that day. I never heard from them after that.
We had sent the estimate by email. It’s possible the email went to spam.
Company does not answer phone. Company does not call back. Company does not respond to emails. Company skips trash bins for no apparent reason. Anything left outside a trash bin will not be touched or picked up even if it is not heavy or outside acceptable dimensions. I put out trash every 3-4 weeks and only very clean recyclables. I take all glass to special recycling. When I do put out trash I expect it to be picked up.

Wish we could give zero stars. Definitely the cheapest trash company out there, and you get what you pay for. Late pickups, notifications of no trash pickup due to holidays (didn’t pickup for Thanksgiving holiday and didn’t provide an alternate day), and many times due to the truck having to be serviced. I can’t count how many times my house has been “accidentally skipped” on pick up days. You call to raise concerns to their management and they provide inconsistent excuses.

Arrives into townhome complex before Noise ordinance in A.M every week for trash collection causing disturbance, multiple times not picked up and never notified as to why. Spoke to the owner, made changes to allow the driver to pick up more efficiently and effectively, and still went almost 3 weeks no pick up.

Delivered receptacles I filled them and asked what pickup day was and got 3 different answers so I emptied receptacles and took trash to dump and cancelled service and I am still waiting rot receptacle pickup.

horrible service never no when they pick up charge you full price to buy they cans then keep them when you cancel service do not use
Your pickup was changed due to Christmas and an email was sent mentioning the change. You can also find the holiday schedule on our website. We do not sell our bins. We pick up the bins once service is no longer provided. We appreciate the five years we were able to provide service to you.

This is a 0 star trash company. They show up to take my trash can trespass on my property and don’t get my trash the week before when it was in the same spot even after I explained to the manager or whoever it is. They are a bad company and will discriminate against u. Use a different service this one is bad. I paid my bills monthly on time and they came and stole my can at 3 am last night for petty reasons

I’ve had this trash service for over a year now. They are the best in the area for sure! They always pick up when they are supposed to. The prior companies I have used were constantly a headache … this company is so refreshing! They actually pick up when they are supposed to and they have very friendly guys who run the trucks.
