I called this company to ask questions but it’s not an actual company that provides a service. They just take your info and sell it to people and now people are calling me, threatening me because I didn’t select them to do my service. I feel unsafe :(

They were very communicative the day of. I was never left guessing or on the edge of my seat. I knew exactly when they would be coming. I was given a 30 min before reminder. They were extremely friendly. Worked extremely fast. I was impressed over all. Even with the bigger items that we had a hard time moving in, they got them out and maneuvered them accurately and did not bump or hit a single thing. I would recommend them! As well as the best price I could find in the area.

The guys that came out to give me an estimate brought their truck and were able to take everything right then and there. They were quick, careful, polite, I was a bit surprised at the cost for two twin box springs, a metal bed frame, a flat screen TV and a gas barbecue grill. Though I did not feel I was being ripped off, just over $200 seemed a lot to me. After this sticker shock, I will most likely use them again.

The appointment was at 10 and they showed up about 9:20. They did not call ahead. That wouldn’t be so much a problem except that I had a file cabinet in basement I was going to get outside for them to bring up but I didn’t have time to do that. Why does that matter? Because again I have dirt tracked in from my basement steps to outside door which happened last time. The crew did their job and were polite enough so I gave a 20% tip.
