Normally I don't post reviews. However it's 5 weeks past the end of my contract and I still have not received my entire shipment. They delivered the last day of our contract at 4 pm which was 6 hours late. Understanding the truck broke down stuff happens. I was told all my items were not on the truck. They were taken off so they could add someone else's stuff to the truck for delivery. Now 5 weeks later I still don't have my stuff and NO will tell me when I'm going to get it delivered.
This was the second time I had used Mover Dudes for long distance moves. The first went very well, but the second and most recent move was a disaster. When the movers arrived, I said the truck looks a bit small to get everything on it. They said no worries, it will all fit. It was critical that everything fit as we had to be out of our home and clean it the next day. As the time approached late into the night, we were advised everything would not fit.

Went with this company because they had good reviews (as you can see, 4.9 stars on google and high ratings on yelp) and they gave me what I thought was a pretty good quote. In hindsight, I should have just moved myself or gone with someone else. Setting up the move was easy. Kory was very helpful, and provided me with an accurate quote and a pick up date in a timely manner. It all went downhill from there. The people on my crew were slow, and it was rare that all three were working at once.
after providing pictures dimensions and serial number i was quoted a job. it seemed very high but i could find no one else to move the safe. Upon completion the lead mover said the job had been miss quoted the 300 pound safe was listed at 1200 pounds and 8 guys were sent to do a 3 person job. the job was also quoted at 3 hours and took less than one. The mover called for a repricing and was told no tough luck even though it was a deliberate mis-quote. i would never recommend or use Mover Dudes again.

I would NOT recommend Mover Dudes if you want a company that is good at communicating and taking care of your items - overall my experience with Mover Dudes was my worst moving experience and I have moved many times. I also asked for someone from Mover Dudes to reach out to me regarding my experience and no one ever did; obviously they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

In their own words
The whole experience was delightful. The guys were a bit delayed but it didn't matter. They were quick, efficient and careful. All were very polite, courteous and in good spirits. Reasonably priced, great communication and an overall stellar job. I highly recommend Mover Dudes.
We used Mover Dudes for temporary move out to a POD while our floors were being refinished, and then the move back in. Linder and Ali offered exception service! They were prompt, courteous, and took great care with all of our belongings. During the move back in, they were very mindful of our newly refinished floors and were very careful with placing all of our furniture back in the house.
Let me just start by saying from the beginning to the end of this process this company has been absolutely amazing. From the office staff to the movers this company was by far the best I’ve seen in this industry. They showed up on time they never stopped from the time they arrived. Not a wall was dinged or hit, no floors were scratched. Just absolutely incredible. I highly recommend them.
We looked at a lot of options and selected Mover Dudes due to customer service of their main office, and the payment system fit our needs for just a local load in. BUT we were won over by JB and his brother who did an amazing job on site. On time, polite, flexible, and helpful.
