The rating breakdown
0 of the 37 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Expert Piano Tuning and Repair are one or two star.
Worked out from 37 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Excellent experience and tuning! My piano has never sounded better! Theodore was professional, kind and punctual. He communicated very quickly and was very reasonably priced especially for a very out of tune piano. I will definitely use him again for all my tuning needs!
Thank you, I really appreciate the kind words! I’m glad I could get your piano sounding its best. It was a pleasure tuning your baby grand, and I look forward to helping you keep it in great shape for years to come! … More
Outstanding job and reasonable pricing for tuning our upright cabinet grand piano, as well as fixing a key! We are very happy :)
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! I'm so glad you're happy with the tuning and the key repair. It was a pleasure working on your piano, and I hope you enjoy playing it for many years to come! Best, Theo
I had a baby grand piano that was damaged by movers, and after having another technician look at it who wasn’t able to fix the issue, I reached out to Theodore. He responded quickly and was out within a couple of days. Not only was he able to get the piano working correctly again, but he also tuned it—and it honestly sounds better than it has since I’ve owned it. I couldn’t be happier with his work. Theodore is knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly takes pride in what he does.
Thank you for sharing this! I’m really glad I was able to get your baby grand working properly again after the damage and that you’re happy with how it sounds now. … More
I love having a tuned piano in our home! I play multiple times a week for my church and Theodore was able to get out to me quickly on Monday after I called over the weekend. He was able to fix my broken sustain pedal as well. My piano was a half step flat or more on most keys. It sounds great now! I'll definitely be using him again to keep it tuned well!
Thank you for the kind review. I’m glad I could get your piano back in tune quickly and get the sustain pedal working again. It’s great to hear it’s sounding good for your playing. I appreciate your trust and look forward to helping keep it in tune in the future. -Theo (Expert Piano Tuning & Repair)
