I recently hired this moving service to transport my personal items to my new house, and I was very disappointed with the experience. They canceled the move at the time of the move and the reason was due to misplaced driver’s license. The movers took much longer than expected, which caused me a great deal of unnecessary anxiety. Additionally, the care they showed toward my belongings was lacking—I noticed some items were handled roughly and not treated with the respect I expected.
I had a really frustrating experience with Junkers and Movers. I booked them weeks in advance for my moving day, but just 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive, I got a call saying they had to cancel. Apparently, they didn’t have any movers available! It was such a stressful situation, but luckily I found Top Dawg Junk at the last minute. They were amazing and had great prices, so I highly recommend them instead!

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate Nate and his company. This is actually the second time I have used Junkers & Movers services. The first time was in early June 2025 when I had a ton of household furniture to be removed from my garage. The second time was this month, July 6, 2025. I cleaned out my storage closet and had gallons and gallons of paint, antifreeze and gas containers that I just did not know how to handle, along with bags of yard debris.
Nate and Mike did an amazing job helping me move all of my items safely to my new home! Nate was very professional at communicating effectively. I was able to get in touch with him easily. I was able to get a response back any time we couldn't reach each other. I was able to confirm with him the day before and of, and he assured me they would be there and they were. I had everything prepared in the garage when they arrived to load.
Excellent service. BEST OVERALL PRICE(in comparison to other moving companies) Nate squeezed me in on short notice. They showed up exactly on time and ready to work right away. I have never seen two men lift my sleeper couch so smoothly. The heaviest thing in our pod was lifted with ease as well as everything else. They were on time, fast, efficient, and careful with my nice furniture. They were in and out suprisingly fast. I will absolutely recommend Junkers & Movers to my friends and family.
Nice guys very understanding and courteous. Nate and Abdul were very cautious to not damage anything and never slowed down incredibly hard workers. Also were a great price. Will absolutely use them again.
