Unprofessional, sloppy, bare minimum service. They were scheduled to help us move from 12-2 on 8/28/23. My roommate took off of work in order to accommodate their window and make sure he would be available. When 2pm rolled around, they changed to 4pm. Then they cancelled on us all together because “the previous client took way longer than expected,” so he wasted that PTO. Unacceptable. If you have 2 services that close together, then you should have 2 teams available in the event one appointment runs over.
We called them up to give us a quote, they scheduled a meeting and never showed up. A few hours later the office called and rescheduled for the next day at 9am. The guy was late 40 minutes, eventually called us to tell us he was 'on his way' after being late already, and then when he pulled up he WALKED RIGHT INTO MY HOUSE WITHOUT KNOCKING. Thank goodness I was not home alone, because it was VERY creepy that he would go on and let himself in, and did not even identify himself when he did so.

Northpoint Movers moved my furniture in Oct. of 2022 from Georgia to Florida. Three pieces were broken beyond repair. Almost every piece of furniture had scrapes or scratches. Six medium size nicknacks were broken, two beyond repair. My furniture was loaded on a truck, taken somewhere and moved to another truck the next day prior to being delivered to Florida. I have called several times and no one will respond to my calls. I sent a Certified letter with 25 pictures and Northpoint did not claim the letter.

Been almost 2 weeks since I requested a quote. They asked me to fill out my inventory on their website, which I did. After several calls/messages requesting a quote, they just flat out stopped responding. Would not trust this company with moving my belongings if they can't even provide a timely quote.

This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. We were quoted a little over $1600 to move into a 1-story, 1,454 sq. ft. 2 bed / 2 bath house, but ended up being charged well over $3k. On top of that, we had already paid a $200 deposit, which was not reflected or deducted from the final invoice—so technically it cost $3500. The movers showed up 2 hours late, worked inefficiently, and were constantly on their phones. Two movers showed up—and it was one of the movers first day on the job.
Hi Josh, We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. When our team arrived, the job details provided did not match the original description we were given — what was estimated as an apartment move turned out to be a much larger project.
So, some of this bad experience was miscommunication...... I don't recommend this moving company to anyone unless you want an incomplete job and items to be broken. Pictures speak 1,000 words. The pics attached show a very small amount of the damage they caused to my things. They didn't even move that much.

Smooth process. They took my privacy into consideration with my adult items. They even washed my dishes and hand dried them before packaging them up. JR even fixed my leaky faucet and took my trash out for me. Great guy. Great crew and highly recommend.
