If it would let me choose 0 stars...i would!! First of all they were 3 hours late with no phone call. Took 3 calls before someone answered. Another hour to get started because they had to go get a bigger truck after I informed them of what I had to move. Quoted me a price over the phone then tried to up the price twice once they started packing the truck.

I’ll start with what they did well. They showed up on time. They moved all of our stuff from a 10x30 storage unit into a 2300 square foot house in Lexington. Price was very reasonable, but you get what you pay for. They used a 26’ truck. When we moved into the storage unit an out of state moving company fit it all in one 26’ truck load. Xpress Moving did not get it all in one truck load so they require two trips, meaning more time and money. There were three workers, including the owner.

My fiancé booked Express Moving two weeks in advance to get us moved from Lexington to Harrodsburg, and we were initially very pleased at the friendliness and communication we received from them. However, the good experience unfortunately stops there because they no-showed on the day of arrival. They had initially asked to push our move back a few hours due to a late move the night before, which was fine with us, but the newly-agreed-upon time came and went without any sign of them.

Scheduled this group for a same day move of a couch. They texted and confirmed 3pm. I drove from Louisville to meet them to pick up a couch I purchased. At 2:50 they texted and said 4pm. I waited and they no texted/no showed. Had to pay for the couch and leave it to pick up at a later date.
We agree that is our fault. We are working to fix this kinda issues especially on our busy seasons.

I purchased a solid wood daybed off Facebook with caning panels, needless to say a heavy and delicate move that was also last minute. I only needed assistance with moving the bed into the U-Haul I rented as I was not local and had no one available that day to drive down with me. They were more than willing to accommodate the next day service request (offered same day as well), helping me with my single piece move and I couldn’t have been more grateful.
