The service under new ownership which just took place is awful. Back when it was run by extra space, it was kind and easy to get things done. Now, the property manager and I guess a trainer, they are so unkind and rude. As well as when they took my money for an entire month after I had confirmed to only pay for a 9 day cancelling period. When I called, they denied any involvement in the conversation I had with the girl.

We reserved a unit 5 days ago and came to check it out today. When we arrived, the employee told us that our reservation is gone and they gave it to someone else yesterday. We've already scheduled movers to relocate our stuff to this address. She said they could give us 2 units side by side and they'll do us a favor by knocking some money off, but it would still be much more expensive than ours and also on higher floors.

The price went from $80 per month to $140 per month. Nothing on my end changed for the price to up. I continued with the storage facility because it cost more money to have to move items out to another facility. I was there for a total of 10 months and nowhere in my contract. Did it stay? The price would be changed that drastically even with today’s economy that makes absolutely no sense for the increase to go up that much

Made a reservation for a unit after seeing an online advertisement for one free month of storage. When I arrived they refused to honor the promotion and charged me nearly twice as much as I agreed to when I made the reservation. Predatory bait and switch advertising. Extremely dissatisfied.

Great clean facility. Only draw back is having to punch in a code every time I go. Why not give a card that can swipe to get in, use elevator. But otherwise fine.

The website does not work!!! You can’t rent a unit on the website. You call and no one answers. Then you have to wait for the voicemail to work.

Have had nothing but an amazing experience here. Any issue i have had has been resolved quickly. Great customer service. Im not the type to normally leave reviews but these guys most definitely deserve one. I Would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a storage unit that's well protected and taken care of with ease of access.

9/10 for sure. Great staff, climate control, good pricing. Access whenever I need it. The only complaint I’ve had is that there aren’t nearly enough dolly/carts when it gets a bit busy (which has been often when I’ve needed it). Otherwise HIGHLY recommend if you need a place to store your stuff!

This place is excellent. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The units are clean and well priced. The employees were very responsive to my needs and so I continue to go back here. I have rented 5 different units from this place and will continue to use them in the future.
