The company seemed very nice and professional until I noticed my furniture had been damaged even my floor had been damaged from not being careful.including one of the young workers used my bathroom without even asking for permission! Total disrespect, never again will I hire this company
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had concerns about your move six months after it was completed. At the time of the move, we reviewed the condition of the floors together and mutually agreed that any … More
Updated review based on my second move in 6 weeks with this company. They hounded me for a positive review the first time, but now that a problem has developed, I have been ghosted. While the first move was excellent, the second was …

Two of the slowest movers ever hired. Will not recommend this outfit. Being a Vet and past firefighter I wanted to support the company. I ended up paying way more than should have. Several months earlier moved to Lex. Full truck load 1 hour to load 1 hour to unload. On this move less than half the stuff moved and they took there sweet time. Everything was ready for move. Then they bounced my front load washing machine down apartment steps. We both left house at same time.
Hi John and John Marks did a really good job wrapping and loading up the truck to move to the house in Lexington. But they took so long to unload and didn’t use a power drill for a basic job …
Hi Maria! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that John and JonMark did a good job wrapping and loading your belongings. Regarding the unloading process, we strive to minimize any potential damage to furniture.

We moved from KY to FL last week and we had a great experience with Fire Fighters Move U KY. Billy came over and took a look at all our stuff to see how many trucks we would need, also gave us some advice on how to pack to maximize space. He was able to accommodate us in a very short notice even though we already talked to him in the past we weren’t sure about the date that we would need to move and he was able to book us in perfect time to be in FL.
Moving can be a challenging process, so it's great to hear that your transition from KY to FL went smoothly! Billy's attention to detail and timely booking made a big difference. It's clear that Jackson and David's efficiency and kindness impacted your move positively, and we're glad that all your…
Today was our first experience with Firefighters Move U and everything went exceptionally well -even in the rain! Given the rain, I was concerned. Our team promptly arrived and carefully protected each piece of furniture. At the new address they used floor protection to help keep the floor clean. The team worked quickly and efficiently and took great care of the furniture. We appreciate Firefighters Move U making this a pleasant experience for our family. Will definitely recommend them to our friends!
It sounds like the move went smoothly, even with the rain starting things off a bit differently. Our team is committed to handling every situation with care and professionalism, and it's great to hear they met your expectations by protecting your furniture and the floors.
Up front, great service all around! They hold themselves accountable and follow up! My family of four (soon to be five) moved from Lexington Ky to southern Indiana. Everything was handled professionally and carefully. Quote was very close to actual expense. This was the first time for us to use a professional service and the whole experience was as smooth as possible: quote, follow up, packing service, move.
It's great to hear about your smooth move. Our team, including Billy and the professional packers, takes pride in ensuring that each transition is handled with care and efficiency. We understand that moving can be stressful, so we're thrilled that we were able to take some of that off your plate…
cannot recommend this company enough! Rocky and Ray helped me move today, and they were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly kind, professional, fast, and efficient from start to finish. They handled everything with care and made what is usually a stressful day feel easy. During the move, a driver came by yelling because he couldn’t get through. I went outside and moved my car so he could pass, but instead he started taking pictures of the movers and even came dangerously close to hitting me with his car.
Thank you so much for this incredible review! We're honored that you chose Firefighters Move U, and we're thrilled to hear Rocky and Ray provided such an outstanding moving experience. … More
