We used Univ. Movers yesterday to unload and load our truck. The guys showed up 30 min late. They were not professional movers and not able to lift our heavy pieces. We didn’t get the armoire out of the house because it intimidated them. My father in law had to get the TV cabinet down the stairs with a bad shoulder bc these kids didn’t know how. They didn’t have any dollys, gloves or back braces. It was like we went to campus and picked up 3 random guys for the high price of movers. I’d avoid for any real moves.
Booked an appointment for movers several weeks in advance. Called and confirmed the appointment. I was assured the movers would be there. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. Called multiple times and left messages. Never received any kind of explanation or a call back. EDIT: I called the number you listed below multiple times on the day your movers were scheduled to be there. I also just tried calling the number you listed below 3 times and still no response.

I was looking for packing, loading and transportation service to Texas. Tyler gave me a good price when I hesitated to reserve transportation. I gave me still higher than the Upack service, however, I want to thrive local business, so I decided to reserve the all three services, requesting the itemized invoice, policy and insurance information. Tyler got my card information and charged my 10% for deposit ($500) and sent me the receipt but not any other documents and information.

Very reliable and communicative movers! Nick and Ty have moved very heavy chiropractic tables for my office and have assisted with moving our houses the lake. They do not mind driving long distances and are very nice people. Highly recommend!
