Not enough ratings
Google carries another listing under this name in Medicine Hat. They may be separate branches or duplicate entries for the same business — we cannot tell which, so we publish both: the other listing.
The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 11 | 61.1% | |
| 4 star | 5 | 27.8% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 1 | 5.6% | |
| 1 star | 1 | 5.6% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 11 four and five star reviews we have read for Extra Storage. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
This is a well secure Storage facility with hundreds of units. I have not heard of, nor has any of my personal property, at extra storage been damaged by weather or taken by thieves. It has 24-hour access 365 days a year. This is good enough for me when it comes to storage.
Always nice clean units, the slopes in the ground making turning in there a little difficult with the bigger trucks (26 ft) but still manageable
Great prices affordable and works with uhaul so has all ur moving needs right there and can pay every month through a etransfer
Rented one for my daughter the other day. Units are very clean and reasonably priced with good security.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
