My wife bought a sofa and love seat from here. They sold her the extended warranty. The furniture lasted a year and the springs started popping out the bottom and the back. They use a scammy 3rd party warranty company that denied the claim. We bought our previous set from a reputable furniture store and had that set for 6 years without a single issue. Stay away from these guys and don’t even consider getting the extended warranty. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option.
Worst customer service, got a dresser for a present and it was the wrong dresser. Manager wouldn't even exchange it or refund. Very rude speaking. Doesn't care about customer service at all. Will never be stepping foot in there. My advice go somewhere that will appreciate your service. This is not the place

Bought a couch 1 year ago. Bought the extended warranty. Couch springs broke shortly after purchase. After many emails and attempts to get it fixed using the extended warranty, still waiting. What a joke. Do not buy anything from this store. Manager drags his heels and doesn't communicate with customers.

Have bought a few things from Surplus over the years and it is a 10/10 experience every time. The furniture is exactly as described, delivery is made so easy, financing and layaway are both such simple processes, and the staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Absolutely recommend for your furnishing needs!

Went in to Surplus on Wednesday looking for a specific leather loveseat that was on their website. They did not have that 1 but offered me a different 1 @ the same price! The gang there are a pleasure to deal with,was able to pick it up EXACTLY when they said it would be ready. A really great and easy experience:)
